Being a SEND parent isn’t easy. Sometimes things can be so overwhelming, and you’re so busy making sure that everyone else in the family is OK, that your own needs can so easily get lost and forgotten. Finding time to recharge your own batteries can so easily get pushed to the very bottom of the to-do list so that, before you know it, you’re exhausted and running on empty. That’s why this session is so important. We’ll explore simply strategies that can really help you to feel better and happier, and when you feel better in yourself everything else becomes easier – including being a parent.
